SHIPPING POLICY
We are committed to delivering your order quickly, safely, and accurately. This Shipping Policy outlines important details regarding order processing times, shipping methods, delivery timelines, and related information.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. During high-volume periods (such as holidays or sales), processing may take slightly longer.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer Standard Shipping (3–7 business days)​
Delivery estimates are based on the shipping method selected and destination. Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, especially during peak seasons or due to carrier delays.
Domestic Shipping
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states and U.S. territories. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package via the carrier’s website.
Shipping Delays
While we strive to meet all delivery timelines, we are not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as weather, natural disasters, or carrier-related issues. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us at woodmax@jpintrend.com
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please reach out to us immediately with your order number and relevant details. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue or offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
