RETURN POLICY
At Woodmax, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we gladly accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
Eligibility for Returns
Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original condition with tags.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Email us at woodmax@jpintrend.com with your order number and reason for return.
We will provide return instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping label.
Package the item securely and drop it off at the designated shipping carrier.
Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a refund or exchange per your request.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving your return.
Shipping costs (original and return) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item (e.g., for a different size or color), please note this in your return request.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
If the desired item is unavailable, we will process a refund instead.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will resolve the issue promptly at no cost to you.
